Anvisha Sugar Engg Pvt Ltd designs, engineers, and supplies a full range of Cane Preparatory Devices — from levellers and choppers to high-capacity fibrizers. We have delivered preparatory devices for some of India's largest sugar mills as well as export orders.

  • Cane Fibrizer — Heavy-duty fibrizers with swing diameters from 2200mm to 2300mm, widths from 1900mm to 2500mm, and 116 to 176 hammers; complete rotor assemblies with hubs and hammers
  • Cane Chopper — Choppers with 1800mm swing diameter, widths from 2140mm to 2300mm, 42 to 48 knives; precision-ground knife design for efficient cane cutting
  • Cane Leveller — Levellers with 1800mm swing diameter, widths from 2140mm to 2300mm, 60 knives; uniform cane bed levelling for consistent feeding
  • Head-on Cutter (HOC) — 1800mm swing diameter, 2300mm wide, 60 knives; for efficient cutting of top-end cane
  • Fibrizer Hammers & Rotor Components — Fabrication of 1200+ hammers, rotor hubs, and complete rotor assemblies
  • Rectification & Upgrades — Rectification of existing fibrizers, replacement of rotor hubs, hammers, and bearings; performance improvement
