Anvisha Sugar Engg Pvt Ltd operates two manufacturing facilities in Pune — MIDC Bhosari and Talwade — equipped for heavy fabrication and precision machining. We specialize in fabricating sugar plant equipment that meets stringent dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

From large pressure vessels and heat exchangers to precision-machined rotating components, our fabrication capabilities span the full range of sugar plant mechanical requirements. We serve as a trusted sub-contractor for major EPC companies including ISGEC and JPMA.

What We Fabricate

• Rope Couplings — Fabrication of rope couplings for mill drive systems
• Rake Carriers & Conveyors — Machined parts for auxiliary cane carriers, rake elevators, and inter-rake carriers (up to 2300mm wide)
• Evaporators — Shell-and-tube evaporator vessels up to 1200 m² heat transfer area
• Juice Heaters — Condensate and direct juice heaters up to 400 m²
• Vacuum Pans — Batch vacuum pans up to 30 T massecuite capacity
• Crystallizers — Air-cooled and conventional crystallizers up to 110 T
• Donnelley Chutes & Bypass Systems — Including quick bypass chute systems
• Bagasse Handling Systems — Main bagasse carrier (MBC), bagasse elevator (BE), and return bagasse carrier (RBC)
• Cane Unloaders & Feeder Tables — Cantilever unloaders and feeder tables for cane yard handling
• Moisture Control Units — Fabrication for JPMA and other OEMs
• Auxiliary Carriers — Wide-span auxiliary carriers (3.6m wide × 20m long with drive)
• Fibrizer Hammers — Precision machining and fabrication of 1200+ hammers per batch for Fibrizer rotors
