Equipment We Design & Supply
- Juice Heaters — Shell-and-tube juice heaters in multiple sizes (up to 400+ m²); condensate juice heaters with high heat transfer efficiency
- Evaporators — Multi-effect evaporator vessels (1000–1200 m²+); designed for optimal steam economy and vacuum operation
- Vacuum Pans — Batch and continuous vacuum pans (30 T+ capacity) for A, B, and C massecuites; optimized for controlled crystallization
- Crystallizers — Air-cooled and water-cooled crystallizers (65 T – 110 T capacity); designed for uniform crystal growth and efficient cooling
- Flash Tanks & Juice Tanks — Ancillary process vessels designed to specification
- International Projects — Export-quality fabrication for overseas plants (e.g., INGENIO MANUELITA, Colombia)
